Purchasing from Subconscious Art implies you have agreed to these Terms & Conditions of Sale.
Subconscious Art Copyright Policy
The images used in this website and and all artwork sold are reproduced with the express permission of the artist. Copyright is retained by the artist and must not be reproduced without the express written permission of the artist or Subconscious Art.
Any unauthorised reproduction of any kind will result in legal proceedings.
Subconscious Art Payment Policy
Your credit /debit card details are not seen or stored by Subconscious Art.
Subconscious Art accepts payments via Paypal or by cheque.
Subconscious Art Delivery Policy
We strive to ensure your print is sent within 10 workings days. However, please note that we ship orders as soon as we can and in the majority of cases orders are shipped within 5 workings days. Once we have confirmation from Paypal that your payment is complete, or confirmation that your cheque has cleared, your order will be shipped via Royal Mail recorded delivery (within UK £5 & Europe £10). For the rest of the world, items will be shipped via Royal Mail Airsure £15.
Please kindly note that European residents are from any of these countries: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Monaco, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Slovenia, Sweden, Bulgaria, Romania.
Subconscious Art Returns Policy
You can return any goods to us in the original packaging and in perfect condition within 7 days after receipt of delivery. If in any way you are unsatisfied with your print, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your print. Delivery costs will not be refunded. Please note for your protection Subconscious Art recommends that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received or goods not received within the specified time frame or for items damaged in transit when being returned to us.
Subconscious Art reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason and in this event will issue a full refund.
